Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

Rint (rint.io) is operated by Pedro Todorovski (CNPJ 47.231.784/0001-22, Brazil). For privacy-related questions, contact pedro@rint.io.

This policy applies to all Rint services: the content portal (rint.io), the AI content generation platform (Rint Content), and the competitive intelligence platform (Rint Intelligence), operated via admin.rint.io.

2. Data We Collect

Data collected varies by service:

Content Portal (rint.io)

  • Newsletter: email address and language preference, provided voluntarily when subscribing.
  • ROI Simulator: name, email, job title, estimated annual revenue, current AI usage, and e-commerce platform, provided voluntarily when using the tool.
  • Engagement (Hype): an irreversible SHA-256 hash of the IP address, used solely to count reactions per article and prevent duplicates. No personally identifiable data is stored.
  • Browsing data: Rint does not use third-party tracking cookies or behavioral analytics tools.

Rint Content — SaaS Platform (admin.rint.io)

  • Registration: name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).
  • Usage data: AI tokens consumed, workspaces created, content generation history, and account settings.
  • Plan data: subscribed plan, start date, and renewal date. Payment processing occurs in a system external to rint.io.

Rint Intelligence — B2B Platform (admin.rint.io)

  • Access request: name, email, organization name, and e-commerce operation details, provided voluntarily in the signup form.
  • Analyzed data: competitor URLs submitted by the user for analysis. These are used solely to generate the requested intelligence reports.
  • Generated reports: tech stack analysis, Core Web Vitals, CRO scores, and recommendations produced for the user's organization.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Consent: newsletter and ROI Simulator — the data subject provides data voluntarily.
  • Contract performance: account and usage data for Rint Content and Rint Intelligence platforms.
  • Legitimate interest: follow-up contact related to ROI Simulator results and Rint content.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • Newsletter: sending new articles published on Rint. No third-party advertising, no spam.
  • ROI Simulator: follow-up contact related to the calculated result and Rint content. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
  • Rint Content: account management, usage limit enforcement, and service delivery.
  • Rint Intelligence: generating the requested competitive intelligence reports and communicating about the account and results.

5. Processors and Sub-processors

Rint uses the following third-party services in data processing:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting, data storage, and bot protection (Turnstile). Cloudflare Turnstile operates in interaction-only mode without behavioral tracking. More at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy .
  • Anthropic, Inc. (USA): processing of data submitted to Rint Intelligence via the Claude API for report generation. Data is used solely to produce the requested output and is not used to train models. More at anthropic.com/legal/privacy .

6. International Data Transfers

Cloudflare's infrastructure is globally distributed; data may be processed on servers outside Brazil. Anthropic is headquartered in the United States. Both companies maintain appropriate safeguards for personal data protection in accordance with international security standards.

7. Data Retention

  • Newsletter and leads: retained until a deletion request is made by the data subject.
  • SaaS accounts: retained during the account's active period and for up to 90 days after closure, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • IP hash (engagement): not associated with any identifiable individual; no specific deletion deadline.

8. Cookies and Sessions

The rint.io portal does not use tracking cookies. The admin.rint.io platform uses strictly necessary technical cookies to maintain authenticated sessions. These cookies are not shared with third parties and expire when the session ends or per the configured authentication period.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Confirm whether your data is being processed;
  • Access your data;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
  • Request deletion of your data, where applicable;
  • Obtain information about the sub-processors we share data with;
  • Request portability of your data;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email pedro@rint.io with the subject "Privacy Rights". We respond within 15 business days.

10. Minors

Rint services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we identify that a minor's data has been inadvertently collected, it will be deleted immediately.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated at any time. The effective date above indicates the current version. Material changes will be communicated to newsletter subscribers and, where applicable, by email to SaaS platform users.
