Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing Rint (rint.io) or using any Rint service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any condition, do not use the services.

2. Rint Services

Rint operates three complementary services:

  • Content Portal (rint.io): analyses, frameworks, and case studies on e-commerce and AI, plus free tools including the ROI Simulator and newsletter.
  • Rint Content: SaaS platform for AI-powered content generation for teams, with free and paid plans, accessed via admin.rint.io.
  • Rint Intelligence: B2B competitive intelligence platform for e-commerce, featuring tech stack analysis, Core Web Vitals benchmarking, and AI-generated reports, accessed by invitation via admin.rint.io.

3. Content Portal

Rint content is published for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or business advice. Results achieved by others may vary depending on each operation's context.

The AI ROI Simulator is an estimation tool based on market benchmarks. Calculated values are indicative projections and do not guarantee actual results. The tool is free and does not replace specialized analysis.

4. Rint Content — SaaS Platform

Rint Content is a subscription service with a freemium model. By creating an account, you agree to the specific conditions of the chosen plan, including monthly AI token and workspace limits.

  • Free plan: subject to monthly usage limits with no credit card required. Rint may adjust free plan limits with prior notice.
  • Paid plans: billed according to conditions presented at the time of subscription. Payment processing is handled by a secure external system.
  • Account responsibility: you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Generated content: content produced via Rint Content belongs to the user. Rint makes no claim of ownership over generated outputs.

5. Rint Intelligence — B2B Platform

Rint Intelligence is a B2B service accessed by request and approval. By submitting data for analysis, you declare that you have authorization to share it with Rint.

  • Submitted data: competitor URLs and information provided for analysis are the submitting party's responsibility. Rint processes this data solely to generate the requested reports.
  • Generated reports: reports produced by Rint Intelligence are for the exclusive use of the contracting organization and may not be resold or redistributed without prior written authorization.
  • Nature of insights: reports are AI-assisted and based on publicly accessible data. Insights are strategic guidance, not guarantees of competitive outcomes.
  • Support: Rint Intelligence clients receive dedicated support with a standard 48-business-hour response time.

6. AI-Generated Content

Rint Content and Rint Intelligence use third-party language models for content generation and analysis. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before using them for commercial, editorial, or strategic purposes. Rint does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

All Rint editorial content — articles, editorial structure, frameworks, methodologies, and the ROI Simulator — is the property of Pedro Todorovski.

  • Permitted: quoting excerpts with explicit attribution and a link to the original source.
  • Prohibited: full reproduction, creation of derivative works, or commercial use without prior written authorization.

The software, interfaces, and systems comprising the Rint platforms are the property of Rint and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Use the services for illegal purposes or in ways that violate third-party rights;
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automatically extract data from the platforms;
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication mechanisms, or access controls;
  • Submit illegally obtained or unauthorized data to Rint Intelligence;
  • Resell or redistribute platform access without written authorization.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without entitlement to a proportional refund.

9. Service Availability

Rint strives to keep services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Rint is not liable for losses resulting from temporary service unavailability.

10. External Links

Rint may reference third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rint does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of published information. Use of content and tools is at the user's own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rint's liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months of service.

12. Modifications and Termination

These terms may be updated at any time. The effective date above indicates the current version. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Rint reserves the right to discontinue or modify services with prior notice.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the operator's domicile, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
